Half day, full day and two day events custom tailored to your companies needs.

 

Event Structure

 

Each event consists of the following services:

 

  1. A meeting will be held with designated employees to discuss the objectives and outcomes of the Team Building event.

 

  1. The Mid Atlantic Training and Development Center team will then meet to discuss the information received and design a half or full day
    event that will provide goals, objectives and outcomes to help your team create a more cohesive and productive work environment.

 

  1. You will then be contacted to review the event agenda. Any additions or adjustments to the proposed schedule can be made at this time.

 

  1. The Mid Atlantic Training and Developments Center will provide your staff with a fun, yet highly educational experience designed
    especially to target your goals and objectives.

 

  1. Each activity will end with a debriefing from our facilitator. At the end of the day we will tie the learning experiences into the goals and objectives set forth prior to the event. The employees will be able to see the relationship between what they experienced and learned during the event and what they experience in their everyday life and in their workplace.

 

  1. Optional follow up events, trainings, and workshops are available from The Mid Atlantic Training and Development Center.
